Artwork for The Chosen

World-renowned artist Liz Lemon Swindle was personally selected by showrunner Dallas Jenkins to create the only authorized artwork for the award winning television series, The Chosen. Recognizing Liz as a fellow artist, Jenkins gave her the freedom to select her subjects from the scenes that touched her deepest. A number of paintings were created, and “You Are Mine” was ultimately selected. Almost universally this scene, at the end of Episode 1, was the moment every fan said, “That’s when I was hooked!”
