Megan Owens

Megan Owens is a professional photographer in Idaho Falls specializing in wedding, family, and newborn photography.

“I actually started photography because I wanted to have cute pictures of my boys growing up. As it became more than just a hobby, I found my niche in family and wedding photography. Since my life is centered around my family, it just made sense and came naturally to focus my business on the joys of marriage and family life. So that’s how I got to where I am today!” 

In addition to her photography business, Megan also focuses on God and faith, incorporating it into her work and goals. She created a photo series entirely focused on the Savior to further express and understand her faith in Jesus Christ. 

“I had the privilege of creating Our Savior Photo Series, a series of photographs portraying the Savior's life. It has been an incredible experience and has increased my faith in Jesus Christ and His love for each of us. The more I study his life and teachings, the greater my love and appreciation for Him grows. My goal with this project was to portray Christ as I see him in my heart- an incredibly loving and happy man that wants us all to return to live with Him and God after this life.”
