Carrying Us Home

In so many ways ALL of us are like children. We are so fearful, so weak, so quick to forget why we're here. We fall and bruise in our lives and don't truly get back up until our Savior picks us up. We trip and stumble until we realize our Redeemer can carry us. Will life always be easy in the Lord’s care? Absolutely not. We are not here to vacation but to be tried, stretched and grown. For this reason I did not want the child to look overly happy or excited because we all know life isn't always that way. I wanted him to look as though he were at peace with The One carrying him. The atonement of Christ can and must carry us back to our heavenly home!

Dan Wilson is an award-winning fine artist from Lehi Utah. As a young boy Dan dove deep into art, always known as “that kid that doodles on everything”. After serving an LDS mission those artistic passions grew as he painted full time for his Major at UVU. After graduation he was taken under the wing of his mentor William Whitaker, who pushed him hard to improve his skills.  

Dan Wilson paints and teaches out of his home art studio where he is supported by his beautiful wife and six children.

Many of the items on our site are custom made or built to order, especially framed items. A shipping time requested as "2-Day Priority Mail" refers to the shipment time once the item has shipped and does not include any assembly window. We pride ourselves on our efficient and timely system, but the complexity of an order will impact delivery. Orders to Hawaii may take 3-4 weeks to arrive via USPS.
