The Heavens Are Open

I have been blessed with the opportunity to sing with Millennial Choirs and Orchestras, where 1,400 earthly angels unite in harmony of heart, mind, spirit, and voice. In these moments, I feel as if the heavens themselves open, and I imagine the presence of heavenly beings joining in this celestial experience.
There are countless times in our lives when heaven is invited to witness and participate in our struggles and triumphs. Whether it’s a humble prayer or the collective faith of many, heaven feels our pull and offers its strength in return.
This painting is a celebration of those sacred moments. The heavens are open, and they rejoice with you.
"And as they looked to behold, they cast their eyes toward heaven, and they saw the heavens open." – 3 Nephi 17:24
"And the angels rejoice over you; the alms of your prayers have come up into the ears of the Lord." – D&C 88:2

My house is full, my children are close, every moment of the day is filled to capacity, sometimes I sleep, but I'd rather be painting! My life is FULL, full of laughter, full of art, full of gratitude, and my hands are always covered in paint. I have always loved art in every form, it brings me so much joy to create. It has always been a healing therapy for me, but it wasn’t until 2018 that I could find the space for it in my life. . . so this is my journey of “Waking up the Artist”. Join me on the journey, who knows what it will bring.

Many of the items on our site are custom made or built to order, especially framed items. A shipping time requested as "2-Day Priority Mail" refers to the shipment time once the item has shipped and does not include any assembly window. We pride ourselves on our efficient and timely system, but the complexity of an order will impact delivery. Orders to Hawaii may take 3-4 weeks to arrive via USPS.
