I love the framed print and it arrived in good condition. I was very frustrated though. I purchased it on December 4 with the understanding it would arrive before Christmas. It was a Christmas gift. I followed up with an email on Dec 16 or 17, because I hadn’t heard anything yet. I was told it should be shipped that week. I did not receive shipping notification until December 24 (Christmas Eve). Needless to say, it did not arrive before Christmas.
