Continue ShoppingSeveral years ago I was substituting in primary in church and as I watched the children be children I received the idea for this painting. I noticed that most kids have a really hard time being reverent...occasionally there are a few that are, but God loves all of His children no matter how they behave! It was so fun to work with the children who were my little models. I really fed off of their energy. Each time I do a meaningful painting like this, it strengthens my testimony in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that we are "All Children of God."
Reproduced from the artists original artwork of oil on board.
Very beautiful textured print, offset and complimented by a gold frame. The portrait captures the essence of what sometimes does take place in a Primary Class. I know, because I taught the 7 and 8 year old chlldren in Primary for about ten years, a few decades ago. Fun while learning is important, and it is important to never underestimate the creative spirit of each child. This picture with gentle subdued colors captures the spirit of a "relaxed primary lesson." I'm adding it to the rest of my "gallery" that I visit each and every day. Thank you!
