The reference photo for this piece was taken from a boat off the south-eastern coast of Italy. My wife Kathy and I and a couple of friends, were on a photo research trip for the Rome Italy LDS temple mural. I loved the dramatic atmospheric perspective and depth that a very favorable mist in the air was producing.
